Saw this last week as well, almost did a post on it. Turns out its not a custom modded driver but one which is included in Windows Server 25 and some W11 builds but needs registry changes to activate in W11.

Yeah, use at own risk and make a system backup if you do. Otherwise, just wait and sooner or later MS will officially enable in Windows.
