I've wanted to try the VR thing but...

I wear glasses with a strong prescription and $1k is a bit much for me to just throw at it and hope it works with my eyes.

But if I were going to hop on the bandwagon, Steam's hardware is what I would do it with.

PS VR or HTC Vive Flow for a basic taste of what VR could be like. Both can be had used for a reasonable price.

Both aren't what anyone would say a great VR experience in 2026 but for the price, they are a good way to explore the possibilities.
