Lisa Su also told shareholders that AMD is ready for a xbox launch in 2027

it is PlayStation that is a question mark. Sony has been completely non-commital

- These consoles were probably intended to launch ~2027-ish so the timeframe makes sense but with the whole *gestures lazily at everything* we'll probably see them show up in 2028, potentially allowing more time for inventory to get built up given basically all silicon manufacturing is going into AI right now.

Yea, and it's not like AMD is the half starved pit bull of the compute creation arena any longer. They are one of the big boys and don't have to negotiate like they used to.
