Meh... 6 of one, half a dozen of the other. The new guy looks like as much of a Peter Parker as the old guy. If anything, it's just a huge waste of money, it's not like this is going to improve the game in any meaningful way.

This doesn't surprise me in the slightest. In my 20 years of being a system builder I have never experienced such poor customer service as I have from Newegg in the last 5 years. That includes dealing with manufacturer CS as well as cable company and cell phone company CS.
