I'm saddened that multi-gpu is probably dead. However I understand why. It isn't easy to do for the developer. They are trying to put out a reliable game as quickly as possible, so they can make as much money as possible. I get it. Mutli-gpu adds complexity for the very few that still use it.

You are unfortunately correct. Nvidia pull far ahead with the 2080 ti and the VII is no competitor there. Raja Koudori gave us polaris and dick else. I'd like to slap him. I don't really know who's the face of radeon these days, but they need to hire someone good.

Currently chillin with my custom cooler/factory OC'd Vega 64. The 5700 XT is a no brainer upgrade for me. 3700x and a 5700XT is certainly looking like a probable upgrade path for my main rig.

That's the best part of these Ryzen parts. They have so many parts that so accurately cover so many price points, that many are very reasonable upgrade paths for a huge portion of the market.
