  2. Seagate Introduces Star Wars Beskar Ingot Drives, SSDs and HDDs Inspired by Mandalorian Iron

OK, Boomer. On the other hand, Millennials and Gen Z have been shafted so hard with impossible to afford homes, crushing student debt to be paid off with wages that have stagnated for decades to the point to where the "grow up, work yourself to death, retire for 7 months before that heart...

Because snotty memes about desktops are excused from the facts? Sorry bud, your **** still stinks, even in here. Mobile has more players than desktop. Mobile is overwhelmingly Linux as well.
  5. Linux Gaming Market Share Reaches 1 Percent on Steam

Whelp, considering it's the only OS on every single top 500 supercomputer and on more devices than everything else combined... It's easy to demonstrate that it IS popular if you use any metric that exists outside of your little bubble of ignorance. But what do you say to a troll on a tech site...
  6. Dell Can’t Ship Majority of Alienware Gaming PCs to California, Colorado, and Other States Due to Power Consumption Regulations

TLDR: The minority of the population that occupies the majority of the land love to complain about the state while reaping the benefits of living within said state. Freeway or little gold slices to travel on private roads. Man, I just...cannot...tell... which would be more preferable...

  10. Valve Announces Steam Deck, a $399 All-in-One Portable PC Gaming Device with AMD Zen 2 CPU and RDNA 2 GPU

My biggest issue with the Switch is that it's too damned uncomfortable to hold. Tiny buttons and awkward spacing. At least what looks nice about the Deck is that it's still fundamentally a PC in a package. Could make for some interesting projects.

  17. AMD Ends Driver Support for R9 Fury, R9 Nano, and Many Other Older Radeon Graphics Cards

That is a pretty good point. I remember the days (Geforce2 through Geforce FX) of upgrading nearly every year... and now I'm sitting on a 1070 in the Win10 box and a Radeon VII on the Linux box. Both of which i expect to last me quite a bit longer as I'm comfortable sitting at 2560x1440/1600...
