35% off @ $259.99 Intel Core Ultra 7 Desktop Processor 265K - 20 cores (8 P-cores + 12 E-cores) up to 5.5 GHz

Still sidestepping my question which you haven't proved yet.

A 265K has worse gaming performance than a 9800X3D even when it has a far superior GPU......that test says nothing since it's all testing with the same GPU, so once again, the onus is on you to prove a 265K gets worse performance than a 9800X3D even when using a superior GPU

And away we go!

A Lot has happened in the last year. New games. 1851 has matured. Arrow's gotten some performance improvements, plus more APO titles added.

Amazon has the 285K shipped and sold by back in stock for $430 with 10% back on Amazon cards https://www.amazon.com/dp/B0DFKC99VL/?tag=thefpsreview-20

Maybe you failed grade 5 math, but if a 265K is only 7.8% slower than a 9800X3D overall at 1440p in gaming. Using the same GPU

But what you keep on saying that, if you have a 265K that has a GPU that is faster than the one used in a 9800X3D.....the 9800X3D is still faster?

Again my examples have been posted.

At 1440P a 5070Ti is on average 23% faster than a 5070.

Your point all along is that a 9800X3D with a 5070 would perform better than a 265K with 5070Ti.

So the 265K is 7.8% slower than a 9800X3D at 1440p with the same GPU

But when using a GPU that is 23% faster than one used in a 9800X3D....the 9800X3D is still faster????

@Tyler-98-W68 every time someone tries to give you numbers you simply dont accept them as valid. Its a matter of perception at this point. And you are the small fry in tje perception of performance.

@igor_kavinski

Is there any profit to be had at $430? Or is this trying to clear out existing stock?
Definitely to clear stock and I would actually prefer that the price go even lower. Should teach them a good lesson to put out an unfinished product.

For me, not worth it at this price. I would pay probably $125 for it and they would still make a tiny profit on it. Maybe $1 or $2. They have gimped the cores so bad with the fabric which they kept hinting was superior to anything AMD is using. It's like making a pizza with a base of mustard instead of tomato sauce.

No numbers have been given in relation to the statement made by Lazy FPS.....where as I have stated numbers.

So none of tje statemtns about .1 and .01 and refresh times count. As I said. You discount them.
