ASUS is releasing five AMD Radeon RX 5700 variants this month: the RoG Strix Radeon RX 5700 and 5700 XT (August 16), the RX 5700 & RX 5700 XT TUF Gaming X3 (August 23), and Dual Radeon RX 5700 EVO (August 30). All of these forego AMD's reference blower design for dual and triple Axial fans.

The Strix cards are reserved for enthusiasts who plan to overclock their cards to the fullest, while the TUF Gaming X3 models would be a good choice for those seeking durability. Budget-minded folks can opt for the EVO, which ASUS says offers "maximum performance per dollar."

The blower cooler on the reference Navi cards we’ve seen so far can push waste heat directly out of a system at the cost of potentially audible noise levels. That direct-exhaust capability is useful for small-form-factor builds or off-the-shelf PCs with weak cooling, but good enthusiast cases have more than enough airflow to exhaust waste heat without relying on the graphics card cooler for help.

Hopefully there will be some FPS reviews lined up for this release?

Those Strix look particularly good.
And hopefully these Strix's will be more effective for this lineup. I've seen some underwhelming reviews of Strix Vega's in the past while at the same time they were impressively rocking Pascal's. I don't know enough about the physical details of AMD's pcb's but it seems like Asus doesn't really optimize their designs for them.
