Colossal Order and Paradox Interactive are offering refunds to those they can who purchased Cities: Skylines II Beach Properties DLC. The new DLC introduced modding tools allowing the player to customize their beachfront properties. Evidently though, much like the base game, the DLC didn't exactly meet players' expectations and has led to an apology from its developers who are once again admitting to issues with the current state of the game, asking for forgiveness, and promising to do better.
