Diablo 4 turns three in June, and Blizzard is marking the occasion with the kind of event that actually gives you a reason to log back in. Running from June 1 through June 9, the anniversary celebration brings three stacked incentives: a Mother’s Blessing XP multiplier active in both seasonal and Eternal realms, the return […]

Peaked with D2
I don't know a single Diablo fan who would disagree with this statement. Sadly the only one I bothered to finish was 3 (including the expansion), and I unfortunately had to play it on console and suffer, cuz A.) lost access to my Battle.Net account and Blizzard was no f*cking help at all in getting it back, and I just ditched it cuz I had no paid games on it anyways, B.) the console version did NOT require an always-online connection like the stupid PC version did. I am surprised that to this day there are still no "community demos" of the game.

When I was a freshman in college, two of the top students at the school lived on my dorm floor. One of them did nothing but play Diablo 2 all f*cking day, so no idea how his grades were so awesome. The other guy brought pretty much his entire game collection and entertainment center to his dorm room. Massive TV, almost every console up to that point, kick@ss PC, awesome sound system, a bajillion games, and more. And that's all he did all day, play video games. Pissed me off cuz I was busting my @ss off and barely making it. Barely had time to take a sh1t let alone play games. But he was mad cool, let us all chill in his room and play whatever. Better than my own room with my 13" CRT TV and 19" CRT monitor, both of which had a few systems connected to 'em (like my Dreamcast was on the CRT and my Gamecube was on the TV). I went to college not too far from home so I would just go home on the weekends, which is where I left most of my stuff. Cuz people got their sh1t stolen often enough. One guy on my floor had his original Xbox stolen. He got it back, but it had been wiped clean, so he lost all his save data and everything. I didn't wanna be that guy. I left most of my valuables at my parents' house. Playing games on a 13" TV sucks though.
