The PlayStation 5 Pro, an update to Sony Interactive Entertainment's 2020 video game console that remains on track for launch on November 7 with several improvements, including an upgraded GPU, advanced ray tracing, and PlayStation Spectral Super Resolution, is a much better deal than today's most powerful gaming PCs despite its $699.99 MSRP, according to the latest statements from Renaud Charpentier, game director of Empire of the Ants at Tower Five.

I mean .... isnt this a comment about the developer vs the hardware?
Sounds to me like - Oh BTW - We spent no time on the PC version at all.
 
Sounds to me like they think all pc owners only game. Those maxed out PCs are also able to do AI, stream video, run a plethora of productivity tools, oh and game . At the same time.
 
Would help if developpers would better optimize their games for the PC hardware like they do for consoles, should allow for some decent increases id they would say push everything they can out of the combo 14900K/RTX4090 but that's a llot of work for not much return so they don't do that.
