GIGABYTE has announced two new fully modular power supplies, the P850GM (850 W) and P750GM (750 W). According to the marketing department’s original headline (“GIGABYTE Launches the Power Supply for NVIDIA Ampere”), these PSUs were designed with NVIDIA’s new RTX 30 Series graphics cards in mind. The P850GM and P750GM are also 80 PLUS Gold certified.

I will not be changing my PSU for this GPU. I think its hog wash honestly.
 
That's one way to get someone to upgrade their PSU if needed to accommodate a new Gigabyte video card I guess.
