I think for a $250 card the B580 isn't a bad deal and will hopefully force the other two to lower their prices a bit more. It clearly is a 4060 competitor and the X60 line is immensely popular. The almighty GTX 1660 (not my favorite but was the champ on Steam for a long time rolled out in 2019 for $219.
Side track for those flagship GPUs.
I've seen some posts on Reddit praising the 1080 Ti and deservingly so but I've also noticed folks are also a bit out of touch in regard to its MSRP reception back in the day, same for the 980 Ti. There were a lot of folks back in 2017 who complained about $749 being too much for the 1080 Ti, and $649 for the 980 Ti in 2014 as well.
Edit: And lets not forget the GTX TITAN that launched for $999 in 2013.
