The Core i9-14900KS, Intel's next Special Edition processor, will be able to reach boost clocks of up to 6.4 GHz on MSI motherboards, according to a screenshot that the chi11eddog account shared this morning of an updated MSI BIOS that includes a series of new "P-Core Beyond" overclocking profiles, including one for "6.4/5.8 GHz."

I'd like to try this. I wonder how long it can really stay in boost like that. Not long I'd imagine.
 
So basically this and a 4090 both pegged at maximum could potentially take down a 1000W PSU, under the right circumstances.
