Micron Exec Claims the Company Is Trying to Help Consumers Through Other Channels, and It’s Not Their Issue, but an Industry Issue

So what I read here as a enterprise purchaser is I need to make sure my vendors know I do not want Micron memory in our server infrastructure until further notice.

You abandon your one market.. those of us in a position to pass along requirements can back out of buying your product in the markets you think you will server.


In other words. Eat a bag of D's.

Pretty easy to not purchase Micron DIMMs... but Micron sells their DRAM ICs to other manufacturers too, and many of those don't really discriminate between IC vendors as long as they hit the spec, right?
