OREO Star Wars Special Edition Cookies Arrive in Stores on June 10 and Fans Can Discover Their Destiny with the Force

Starting to wonder if they have some QA issues with these. We're down to the last cookie in the 1st past and honestly, it's been great. My wife is a bit of an Oreo addict so we've had plenty of the other ones to compare to and since I believe everyone's experience here it does make me wonder. We've still got a 2nd pack but I'm going to let it sit a bit since we have to balance our sugar intake (oh the joys of getting older).
 
My two packs of SW Oreos came today. I only opened one of them. It was Light Side. I spread Leia wide open and got at the creamy goodness in between. It's true that the colored cream isn't colored all the way through. The centers are still white. Anyways it seems like I got a good batch. They're good enough, no better or worse than the normal Oreos of today.

So their all white on the inside?
 
I forgot to follow up on all this. Those SW Oreos ending up making me sick. I couldn't stand to eat any more. The last package lingered for a loooong time. I tried to pass them off on family, but they didn't want them either. Today I had some normal Oreos, and they actually tasted better. Not sure waddup with that. But yeah on the whole I just kinda lost my taste for Oreos, and the SW ones certainly didn't help.

Also the 2nd package was also Light Side, so boooo, I didn't get any Dark Side ones. Oh well. I won't be ordering any more. I just wanted to try them, and what I tried did not leave me wanting more.
 
Pretty much the same experience for me but I also cut down on sugary snacks a long time ago. My wife is a bit of a sugar fiend so she ended up finishing the 2nd one. Only difference for us is that both were dark side. I'm still glad we tried but yeah, we're done. Ironically I've started seeing them in other grocery stores in the last couple of weeks.
