PC Hardware Manufacturers Answer as to Whether or Not Its Better to Use Bundled GPU Adapters or Native PSU 12V-2×6 Cables

Well, I heard back from Aqua Computer, and they said the Ampinel isn't available yet, but they hope to have it ready by mid-January and they do ship to the U.S.
Would love to see you guys get your hands on one of these for some actual testing and failure testing to see how it works and what it does. Because I would be interested for sure.

I'd imagine they'd need some very specialized equipment in order to monitor current load on each wire simultaneously. I think Der8auer or GN has such equipment.

six of these bad boys and a willingness to mcguyver the wiring harness

there is a hall effect version as well if you are worried about the shunt resistor, but it won't be nearly as accurate

Yeah, I'm not sure if @David_Schroth or @Brent_Justice would have the test equipment needed for this. I'm definitely considering buying one, but I might not be able to use it in my mATX cases. If I do get one, it might have to wait until I do a build in a larger case again.

Don't have test equipment for it....

In related news, Seasonic was showing off a thing called Optiguard at Computex this year that would give you voltage and amperage read outs and do things like this other gizmo. TBD on release date.

Sounds similar to what ASRock did with its Phantom PSU that mostly saved the insanely overpowered RTX 5090 posted about the other day.
