How long before they follow suit? You know the Koreans literally worship America and want to BE America.

Next thing we know, the entire DIY community is depending on shady chinese RAM sticks. This is gonna kill the DIY industry. Without RAM, system builders, even shops will close.

I can't help thinking about M$'s part in this conspiracy. Think about it. They are mostly a cloud services company now. What more do they want than users having a dumb terminal with very little RAM that they use to connect to their cloud instances and everyone gets charged hourly for the privilege of using business software or compute power or gaming via streaming? This is looking like a concerted effort to take power away from OUR hands and into the hands of big corporations.
