Gearbox Publishing has announced that Remnant 2, the sequel to Remnant: From the Ashes will launch for PC and most consoles on July 25. The sequel is said to feature branching storylines where players can explore new worlds which encourage exploration as interwoven stories are discovered. Remnant 2 can be played solo or co-op with up to two other players.
Three editions will be available for purchase: Standard ($49.99), Deluxe ($59.99), and Ultimate ($69.99). Those who preorder the Ultimate Edition will gain access to the game three days early, along with an early unlock of the Gunslinger archetype that comes with three offense skills and is described as "The master of firearms, ammo, and weapon switching, no Archetype pumps lead into enemies quite like the Gunslinger."
