One of the greatest point 'n' click series is finally back. Devolver Digital, Lucasfilm Games, and Terrible Toybox announced Return to Monkey Island today, the sixth installment of the classic franchise centered around the adventures of pirate Guybrush Threepwood and his battles against his arch-nemesis, LeChuck, an evil, undead pirate.

Did he just license the assets and engine fromwhat's it called the Microsoft pirate game I can't recall the name of?

I've still got one of those budget CD-packs with the first three games laying around somewhere. I enjoyed the 1st but never got around to the rest. It was fun though!
