Rockstar Announces Yet Another Delay for Grand Theft Auto VI Following Layoffs and Accusations of Union Busting

Is it still possible to mess with vehicle physics in GTA IV and GTA V? That was my favorite activity in GTA 3. I would change the yellow cab physics to max (because it's so easy to find) and then go on a mayhem spree. Even tanks couldn't touch it. One bump and they would blow up.
