Sources with RedGamingTech are claiming that NVIDIA has resurrected its plans for a GeForce RTX 4090 SUPER/Ti and a new version of TITAN RTX due to delays with Blackwell, the next-generation architecture that is expected to power the GeForce RTX 50 Series.

Blackwell would need to be really delayed - say Q4 2025 to justify dropping money on a 4090ti for non work scenarios

Yeah, sure seems like some smoke and mirrors with this since it's been rumored since last summer that the RTX 50 series wouldn't be launching until sometime 2025 anyway. NVIDIA often does new architecture launches in the fall so perhaps someone was hoping a Q1 25 but Q4 25 actually makes more sense to begin with. I remember buying both my 1080 Ti and 2080 Ti, and 3090 all in the fall of each of those release years.

Last August there were rumors about Q4 24 or Q1 25 but at this point I'd have my doubts about either given the recent launch of the SUPER lineup. Makes more sense they'd want inventory to get used up before introducing another gen so soon.

It's a shame that a 4090 Ti/ Titan ADA, if this should happen, will be so late. I would've bought one last summer or even fall, to replace one of my 3090 Ti's, but now that were already in 2024 there's no real point. At this stage my only goal is to wait it out and rotate my cards downward when a 5090 or whatever comes out.
