Samsung Unveils New High-Performance PCIe 4.0 NVMe SSD

Thought I read an article a while ago that compared a bunch of NVMe drives that used both PCIe 3.0 and 4.0 in a multitude of games. And there was virtually zero difference in load times between them.

I've seen similar articles as well. Most of the time I'd agree, or that it's minimal, but I have seen a couple of instances where 4.0 seemed significantly faster to me.

They just launched the 990 Pro though?

It looks to me - based on the part number - that this is part of their OEM line they sell directly to the likes of Dell, HP, and others.

Usually their same gen consumer models are  slightly faster.
