Star Citizen, the ambitious multiplayer space trading and combat simulation game that developer and publisher Cloud Imperium Games launched all the way back in 2012 as part of a successful Kickstarter campaign, has managed to cross $700 million in crowdfunding, according to the latest data found on Roberts Space Industries, the official site for the long-gestating project.
