I have a really bad feeling about this. Discount Morpheus, discount agent Smith, and I don't think Anybody ever wanted to see granny Trinity and grandpa Neo.

Yeah, I'm on the fence for this one. I really loved the 1st one and saw it twice in the theater which was really rare for me even back then when I still went to theaters. The 2nd and 3rd movies left me feeling 'meh' with the franchise even though I did want to know more about the backstory which is kind of what they were meant for. By the time we got to the 3rd it just felt like they were cramming whatever was popular into it to fill the time. That orgy/rave sequence still makes me do a facepalm. I can honestly say I've never re-watched any of them in the last 10+ years. However, I did like Animatrix. I also loved Joe Pantoliano's character as he was showing up in a lot of projects back then.
