There is one series that just doesn't quite need another reboot yet.

Let's see. Nolan made it pretty dark and even though I really didn't like Bale in that role those movies were at least closer to where the comics had been for decades before. Meanwhile the Snyderverse was ridiculously dark, with occasion bits of humor that ended up feeling out of place. So, I think this is what his Dark Night Returns could look like.

Please no. The Dark Knight Returns is a **** story and Batman films need to let it die and stop taking so much inspiration from it.
