At a time they focused a lot on servers, then they mostly switched to mobile/apple stuff. They stopped doing video card reviews ages ago.
For a long time they were the TO GO site for tech articles. Be it GPUs/CPUs/mobos/storage, etc. That was the main reason I went there in the first place.
Today no one really does in depth tech reviews anymore, except maybe Ars Technica.
They join the list of the fallen.
Sharky Extreme
NvNews
[H]ardOCP
The Firing Squad
TheTechReport

Did you know that I worked on Sharky Extreme for a brief time, yeah, nobody remembers that, but pepperidge farm remembers
Was it you that had the hot rod car stuff going on on those? It's been 20 years and I can barely remember yesterday........Did you know that I worked on Sharky Extreme for a brief time, yeah, nobody remembers that, but pepperidge farm remembers

Yeah "left" they were laid off, due to an ever dwindling readership. That's what 10 years of lecturing, gaslighting and attacking your own audience (and the industry) gets you.Sort of goes with this.

GN adds a lot of their content to their website - https://gamersnexus.net/I guess everyone just wants YT videos now? I like Gamer's Nexus / Steve as much as the next guy. But I prefer written articles, which of course requires more work.
There are good points to videos as well, I can play it in the background while I do stuff.GN adds a lot of their content to their website - https://gamersnexus.net/

I do both, read the transcriptions whey they post them for a more focused gathering of the data, but also will sometimes watch while enjoying a beer or have on in the background when I'm working on something else. There are good points to videos as well, I can play it in the background while I do stuff.
