BTW I'm not sure I agree with the analogy. RTXRemix is a lot more than just adding fancy RT effects, as I mentioned, you can modify/add models, textures, add particle effects and even animations. You can even add DLSS and Reflex. It's the ultimate MOD tool. Even better, I think it just got open...

At a time they focused a lot on servers, then they mostly switched to mobile/apple stuff. They stopped doing video card reviews ages ago. For a long time they were the TO GO site for tech articles. Be it GPUs/CPUs/mobos/storage, etc. That was the main reason I went there in the first place...

Actually, with RTX Remix you can put higher res textures and models.

I think it went downhill since windows Vista (or was it 7?), when they introduced the "By Category" view. I always used the "classic" view with small icons.

It looks somewhat like a Minecraft mod. I'm not fond of how it looks, its like its overexposed, too bright in some instances, like it lacks contrast. Hopefully some fine tuning will solve this.

Up to this day there are things you can do with the control panel that you can't do with settings. I still use CP more than I should.
