Buyout Deal Worth $82 Billion Could See Netflix Gain Access to Warner Bros. Game IPs Such as Batman, Harry Potter, and Mortal Kombat

Funny thing is I already got an email from Netflix about the merger, seems they jumped the gun a bit.
 
I basically give Netflix's offer a snowball's chance you no where in succeeding, regardless of if they come up with a counter offer. In order to avoid breaking our rule on politics all I can say is the deck is heavily stacked against them. For those not in the know, research who currently owns Paramount.

Bottom line is WB shouldn't go to either of them and there were some articles about why Netflix is a bad fit that had valid points but one of these two is already likely to be approved before regulators ever see the paperwork.

There IS a Lego game more akin to Minecraft where you can build pretty much anything, including vehicles, can't remember its name though.
